Stay with the free resources if…
You need one quick estimate, already have a good change log, or want to understand the workflow before buying. Start with the free scope checklist and the calculator.
The paid kit may fit if…
You want the quote, approval-status record and closeout numbers together, and you are comfortable working in a local spreadsheet. Inspect actual workbook previews before deciding.
Use another kind of tool if…
You need client logins, simultaneous multi-user editing, automated reminders, e-signatures or invoicing. FeeFence does not supply those capabilities. A workbook status is your record; keep the actual approval in your agreed communication channel.
Check compatibility first
The kit uses XLSX, HTML and TXT, with no macros. Desktop spreadsheet software is required. Native Excel and Google Sheets application checks have not yet been completed. Creation-engine formula tests are not a substitute for those application checks.
Price: £19 once. Gumroad shows the final local-currency amount and applicable tax before payment. Licence, delivery and 14-day voluntary refund terms.
