You may use the calculator for your own estimates. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. Verify your assumptions and the agreed commercial terms before sending a quote. No earnings or business outcomes are promised.

Kit licence

One purchase allows one person or business to use and adapt the templates for unlimited projects within that business. Completed client-facing documents may be shared with those clients. Redistribution, resale or public posting of the source workbook or kit is not included.

Compatibility and scope

The kit contains an XLSX workbook, browser-readable HTML and editable text files. No macros or integrations are included. It is not a project portal, invoicing service or legal contract. Native Excel and Google Sheets application checks are not yet complete.

Purchase, delivery and refunds

The kit is a £19 one-time digital download through Gumroad. Gumroad displays the final total, applicable tax and currency before payment, sends a receipt and provides the download immediately after a successful purchase. There is no subscription or shipping charge.

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing navinsinghonline@hotmail.com or using the seller contact on your receipt. This voluntary policy does not limit statutory rights. If you need help with delivery, include your order reference but do not send full payment-card details.
