FFeeFence

One website, from estimate to handover.

A fictional five-page brochure website shows how the kit works.

1. Estimate the full job

37 hours at £50, plus 10% time contingency and £100 direct costs, produces a calculated quote of £2,201.03 with a 3% collection fee. These are illustrative inputs, not recommended prices.

2. Record the extra requests

A testimonials page is approved. An additional revision round is still pending. Only approved changes flow into the agreed fee total.

3. Review the result

The worked example uses an actual agreed base fee of £2,200, 42 original-scope hours and 3.5 change hours. It reports effective earnings before overhead and tax, rather than claiming net profit.
